5月14日，非洲駐華使節(jié)代表團到訪湖南韶山，追尋紅色足跡，感悟中非友好情誼。在毛澤東同志紀(jì)念館內(nèi)，代表團成員仔細觀看館內(nèi)陳列的珍貴文物和歷史圖片，深入了解毛澤東主席的生平事跡與中國革命歷史。
On May 14th, the African diplomatic delegation to China visited Shaoshan in Hunan Province to follow the revolutionary footprints and feel the friendly bond between China and Africa. Inside the Comrade Mao Zedong Memorial Hall, the delegation members carefully viewed the valuable cultural relics and historical pictures on display, gaining a greater insight into Chairman Mao Zedong's life and the history of the Chinese revolution.
津巴布韋駐華大使阿比蓋爾·紹尼瓦在參觀時表示：“我們津巴布韋總統(tǒng)去年也曾到訪這里。津巴布韋與中國是親密的朋友，津巴布韋人民對中國歷史和毛主席都有一定的了解。”
Abigail Shoniwa, the Ambassador of Zimbabwe to China, said during the visit: "Our President visited here last year. Zimbabwe and China are close friends, and the people in Zimbabwea they do have information on the history of China and Chairman Mao."
