Changsha's 14 Enterprises, One Project Make National Cultural Export List

The Ministry of Commerce, the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the National Radio and Television Administration recently released the 2025-2026 national key cultural export enterprises and projects. A total of 404 key enterprises and 121 key projects were shortlisted.

Among them, 14 companies from Changsha — including Talkweb, Wondershare, and Caohua — were recognized as national key enterprises for cultural export during the 2025-2026 period. Additionally, the Mango TV International APP Intelligent Base Upgrading Project, submitted by the Hunan Happy Sunshine Interactive Entertainment Media Co., Ltd., was named a national key project for cultural export for the same period.

National key cultural export enterprises and projects are selected every two years. The selection and identification are co-organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the National Radio and Television Administration. The aim is to cultivate a group of export-oriented cultural enterprises with international competitiveness and boost the high-quality development of foreign cultural trade.
